The Regal? Pellet 500 body is constructed from 2mm / 14 gauge steel with 864 sq. in. of total cooking surface and heavy duty cast iron cooking grids. The WiFi and Bluetooth? enabled digital interface provides enhanced temperature control to smoke, roast, or sear. This innovative product comes fully equipped with a powerful auger, 22 lbs capacity pellet hopper, removable drip tray, 2 electronic meat probes, stainless steel rotisserie kit, and our patented Roto-Draft? damper system.

The Regal Pellet 500 grill uses wood pellet fuel and a digital controller to provide the ultimate grill and smoker experience

625-sq. in. of primary cooking space offers plenty of space to grill and smoke all of your favorites for your next cookout; a 200-sq. in. warming rack gives you additional space when you need it
Heavy duty cast iron cooking grids are reversible to offer versatility – the pointed side delivers perfect sear marks and the V-channel side captures juices for continuous basting
Large capacity pellet hopper holds up to 22 lbs of wood pellets and features an easy pellet clear-out chute to easily swap out pellet mixtures or empty the hopper when not using the grill for extended periods
Premium rotisserie kit with electric motor makes this grill even more versatile, allowing you to cook delicious and juicy roasts and whole chickens, with the meat basting itself as it slowly rotates in the grill
Durable 2mm/14 gauge steel construction throughout the grill, with a double-walled lid featuring a oven-grade gasket ensure that this grill will retain heat and give you the best results in all weather
